When are tracking updates sent?
Tracking updates are sent for these events:
- Delivery of the empty box to the employee (outbound shipment)
- Delivery of the full box to the company (return shipment)

How are tracking updates sent?
We send tracking updates by email. We use the email of the user who paid for the order, unless there is a custom email for tracking updates.
