Customer sub-accounts

If you want to provide your customers with their own ReReady dashboard, you can enable sub-accounts.

What are customer sub-accounts?

If you're an MSP or any other type of business that manages device returns on behalf of your customers, you may want to give those customers access to a ReReady dashboard. There they can track all the device returns for their business (without seeing all )

How do customer sub-accounts work?

You invite your customer to sign in from your company's unique sub-account login page. We show them all order details relevant to them.

To get started, you must begin providing your customer's unique ID when you place an order. (You'll use IDs from your system so it's easy.) This way we know which orders to show to which customers.

Next, you'll invite your customers to view their ReReady dashboard using a special link. We'll send them their login credentials.

Finally, your customers will be able to login via your company's unique sub-account login page, and view all the orders related to their company.

How to enable customer sub-accounts?

To begin using customer sub-accounts:

  1. If you haven't already, ask ReReady to enable the Custom plan on your account.
  2. Click the "Settings" button at the top.
  3. Click the "Company settings" button at the top.
  4. Scroll down to "Customer sub-accounts" and follow the instructions to invite a customer.
