Fully managed logistics
You get all-inclusive service on every order. We manage everything from start to finish, including boxes, labels, insurance claims, and every possible shipping problem.
Boxes
Unless you opt out, we provide a box for every device transfer. We offer a wide variety of industry-leading boxes for you to choose from.
Shipping labels
We purchase both the outbound and return labels on your behalf, using the address information you provide. Device shipments are always via premium carrier.
Customs documentation
For all international shipments, we will not only generate your international-compliant shipping label, but also the required specialized documentation so your shipment can clear customs.
Notifications & reminders
If you enable notifications & reminders for yourself or your employee, we will send them by email and/or text message.
Insurance claims
If you purchased shipping insurance and your device gets damaged, lost, or stolen, we will pursue your shipping insurance claim on your behalf.
(If an empty box gets damaged, lost, or stolen, we will ship a new one for free, no insurance claim necessary.)
Shipment problems
We monitor for all possible shipment problems, and take action immediately:
- Delays (both types). We monitor for both declared and un-declared delays, and notify you. If a delay drags on long enough, we will prompt the carrer to declare the shipment lost, and file your insurance claim if possible.
- Delivery exceptions (all types). Incorrect address. No access. Receptacle full. There are many reasons a delivery attempt can fail. We monitor for all of them, notify you, and facilitate a resolution whenever possible.
- Additional customs documentation (both types). Sometimes an international shipment will be held for additional documentation from either the sender or receiver. We monitor for both cases, and provide the additional documentation.
- Return to sender. It isn't always clear when a carrier returns to sender. It can happen because of a delivery exception, or a request by the sender or recipient. Further, it isn't necessarily obvious in the tracking. We monitor for return-to-sender events, then we notify you immediately and upon delivery to the sender.
- Re-delivery requests. When a carrier is unable to deliver, it may ask the recipient to schedule another delivery attempt. We monitor for this and help the recipient book that next attempt.
- Delivery to a "shared mail" location (all types). Sometimes a carrier will deliver to a community mailbox or a parcel locker, when the recipient expected it delivered directly to their door. We notify the recipient to prevent confusion.
- Available for pickup. Sometimes a carrier will hold a shipment at an official location so it can be picked up by the recipient. We notify the recipient of that status and location to ensure its availabilitiy is clear.
