Can organization accounts be merged?

Yes, you can merge two organization accounts into a single account if the admin users on each side have the same email address domain.

To merge two organization accounts:

1. An admin in the secondary account should go to “Organization settings” in ReReady, and look for the warning that a similar organization exists. They should that warning, then click to request merge.
2. An admin in the primary account should receive an email from ReReady about the merge request, and click to approve it.
