How to enable Okta SSO?
Prerequisites
- If you haven’t already, create a ReReady account using email and password.
- If you haven’t already, enable Enterprise status in your ReReady company settings.
- If appropriate, invite additional users to your ReReady account.
- Ensure your ReReady account email(s) matches your Okta account email(s).

- SP-initiated SSO (Single Sign-On)
Configuration steps
- In Okta, as an administrator:
- Go to the OIN application catalogue.
- Add “ReReady” as one of your organization’s approved application.
- In ReReady:
- Click “Settings” at the top.
- Click the “Company settings” button.
- If you haven’t already, click “Enable Enterprise status”.
- Click to “Manage SSO settings”
- Click to “Enable Okta” and submit
SP-initiated SSO
Go to the ReReady log in page, click the button for “Okta”, and follow the instructions.
Troubleshoot
- Error: “You are not allowed to access this app. To request access, contact an admin.” This means you need to go back to the setup instructions above, and ask your Okta administrator to add ReRready to your list of approved applications.
