What if a box shipment is moving too slow or is lost?

Sometimes a box shipment will move unusually slow. Perhaps the carrier mis-routed it, and although the tracking is updated regularly, the shipment isn’t getting closer to its destination. Or perhaps the carrier lost it (temporarily or permanently), and the shipment isn’t moving at all. These are substantial problems if you want to recover a device from a terminated employee as soon as possible.

If a box shipment is moving too slow for your comfort, you have some options:

  • Ask the employee to ship the device using their own box and ReReady’s prepaid shipping label. You can download the device shipping label from ReReady and email it to the employee.
  • If you believe the carrier lost the shipment, contact support to ask ReReady to ship a replacement box.
