What if a device is returned to ReReady?
Carriers treat “return to sender” differently depending on the shipment. Sometimes they return to the sender, other times they return to the account holder’s address. When you’re using ReReady, the account holder is ReReady. That means it’s possible for a device to be “returned” to ReReady.
What happens if ReReady has a device?
If ReReady comes into possession of a device, we will contact the person who placed the order and ask where they want us to forward the device.
Once we have the revised address for the device shipment, we will create a “forwarding order” in ReReady and charge it to the same card used for the original order.
Are there any fees or penalties?
Yes, ReReady charges a fee of $100 for all devices it is forced to receive due to customer error. This fee is charged when the device is forwarded.
