What if my office will be closed for while?

If your office will be closed for any period during regular business hours, we strongly recommend posting a written notice that will be visible to carrier drivers when they attempt to deliver. Be sure to clearly state the exact date and time your office will re-open so they know when to re-attempt delivery. In that case they will re-attempt delivery automatically.

For extended closure periods, you can call FedEx and/or UPS and ask them to hold deliveries until a certain date. (ReReady would do that for you, but carriers need to authenticate the caller for requests like this and ReReady is not authenticated on your FedEx or UPS account.)
