What is included in a laptop return?

Every laptop return includes:

• Laptop box. We provide top-quality laptop boxes that are specially designed for laptops, and safely fit a variety of laptop sizes. They are reusable and recyclable.
• Shipping both ways. We pay for the empty box to be shipped to your employee, and the full box to be shipped to your company.
• Reminders for your employee. We can email and/or text your employee up to 3 times to remind them to ship the laptop. Optional but recommended.
• Tracking updates for you. We email you when your employee ships the laptop, and when it is delivered to your company. You can also add an extra company email if someone else at your company also wants tracking updates.
• Support. We provide world-class support.
