What is included in a laptop return?

Every laptop return includes:

• Laptop box. We provide top-quality laptop boxes that are specially designed for laptops, and safely fit a variety of laptop sizes. They are reusable and recyclable.
• Shipping both ways. We pay for the empty box to be shipped to your employee, and the full box to be shipped to your organization.
• Reminders for your employee. We can email and/or text your employee up to 3 times to remind them to ship the laptop. Optional but recommended.
• Tracking updates for you. We email you when your employee ships the laptop, and when it is delivered to your organization. You can also add an extra email address if someone else at your organization also wants tracking updates.
• Support. We provide world-class support.

For an additional fee, Enterprise laptop returns include all Enterprise features.
