Why is a phone number rejected as invalid?

It’s important for ReReady to attach a phone number to each shipment. If there is a problem with a shipment, it is far more likely to be resolved if the carrier can call the recipient.

If ReReady rejects a phone number as “invalid”, that’s because it does not follow basic formatting rules for that country.

Canada

• All phone numbers start with a country code of “1”. ReReady will automatically add this if not provided.

UK

• All phone numbers start with a country code of “44”. ReReady will automatically add this if not provided.
• Mobile numbers start with “07” followed by 9 digits.

US

• All phone numbers start with a country code of “1”. ReReady will automatically add this if not provided.
