How it works

Enable your Jira integration, and copy-paste your Jira request URLs after you place orders in ReReady. Then ReReady will automatically comment on your request with each status update.

How to enable Jira

To enable Jira for your Enterprise account:

1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
2. Go to your User settings page, find the 'Integrations' section, and click to Enable Jira.
3. Follow the instructions to enter your Jira API credentials for a "consumer".
