Monthly auto-pay
If your Accounts Payable department prefers one invoice per month, you can enable payment by a single, automatic charge on the 1st of each month. Available in Custom plan only.
What is monthly auto-pay?
ReReady is pay-as-you-go by default, but companies on our Custom plan can enable monthly auto-pay. This allows you to consolidate all your orders throughout the month into single payment on the 1st of the next month.
What is an example?
Say you placed 25 orders with ReReady during the month of January. On February 1, we would charge you for all 25 of those orders. One invoice, one payment, and one happy Accounts Payable team.
How to enable monthly auto-pay?
To enable monthly auto-pay, you need to be on our Custom plan and you need to designate the payment method that will be used:
- Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
- Click the "Settings" button at the top.
- Click the "Company settings" button at the top.
- In the "Monthy auto-pay" section, click to enable and designate a payment method.
