What is included in a tablet return?

Every tablet return includes:

• Tablet box. We provide top-quality tablet boxes that are specially designed for tablets, and safely fit Apple iPad, Microsoft Surface, Lenovo Idea Tab, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, etc. They are reusable and recyclable.
• Shipping both ways. We pay for the empty box to be shipped to your employee, and the full box to be shipped to your organization.
• Reminders for your employee. We can email and/or text your employee up to 3 times to remind them to ship the tablet. Optional but recommended.
• Tracking updates for you. We email you when your employee ships the tablet, and when it is delivered to your organization. You can also add an extra organization email if someone else at your organization also wants tracking updates.
• Support. We provide world-class support.

Our top-quality tablet boxes fit all tablets from approx 9" to 14" screen (9.5" to 14.5" external diagonal).
