• Customize messages to employees

  The notifications & reminders to employees can be more compelling when they use your organization's unique language. You can customize both the email and text message notifications & reminders we send to your employees. Learn more about customizing messages.

• Enable text messages to employees

  You can further increase the odds of a successful return by enabling text message notifications & reminders. Text messages can be additional to, or instead of, the emails that are a Basic feature. Learn more about text messages.

• Set an email for receipts

  You may want someone else to get your receipt emails. For example, you can direct receipts to be sent to an inbox your finance department, instead of being sent to you. Learn more about setting a receipt email address.

• Set an email for tracking updates

• Add service ticket URLs

It's easy to get access to our advanced features. Simply enable Enterprise status on your account and pay an extra $10 per return:

1. Log in to your ReReady account (or open a free account).
2. Click the "Settings" button at the top.
3. Click the "Company settings" button at the top.
4. If you haven't already, click "Enable Enterprise status".
