Can orders be canceled?

No, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. That is because when an order is placed, we immediately purchase the shipping labels and begin the fulfillment process. There is no way for us to cancel the fulfillment process after you start it.

However, if you’ve made a mistake on an address, we may be able to help. Please see our article about correcting a mistake with an address.

Also, an order can be marked as “invalid” if you know it will not be successful. This way it will not continue to appear in your ReReady dashboard as an active order. To mark an order as “invalid”, open it in ReReady and click the button to “Invalidate”.
