What if there is a mistake with an address?

ReReady validates all addresses provided by users, but we cannot detect 100% of mistakes. If you provide an incorrect address, ReReady is not liable for any negative outcomes that may result.

If you enter an incorrect address by mistake, ReReady may be able to help in very limited circumstances:

  • Employee address. Unfortunately, if there is an error with the employee address, there is nothing ReReady can do. We purchase the shipping labels immediately, and mail the box very soon after, so there is generally no opportunity for us to fix an incorrect address.
  • Company address. If there is an error with the company address, and the employee has not yet sent the return shipment, ReReady may be able to email your employee a replacement shipping label. Please contact support to request this.
