How to use the box

These simple instructions show how to load laptops into one of our multi-laptop boxes. They also demonstrate why our multi-laptop boxes are the simplest, safest boxes available for shipping laptops in bulk.

Opening the box

Fully open the box and remove the foam lid.

Loading the laptops

Load each laptop by sliding it into one of the five laptop slots.

Loading the accessories slot

The accessories slot is a 6th slot, separated from the laptop slots by a plastic protective wall. This accessories slot provides space to pack accessories like:

• Charging cable
• Device hub or small wifi router
• Smartphone (iPhone, Android, etc)

Shipping out

After loading all equipment into the foam slots, and putting the foam enclosure inside the cardboard box, close the cardboard lid and tape it shut. Now it's ready to be shipped using the pre-paid shipping label we included in the box.
