What is included in a multi-laptop return?
Every multi-laptop return includes:
- Laptop bulk shipping box. We provide top-quality laptop bulk boxes that are specially designed for laptop bulk computers, and safely fit a variety of laptop bulk sizes. They are reusable and recyclable.
- Shipping both ways. We pay for the empty box to be shipped to your employee, and the full box to be shipped to your company.
- Reminders for your employee. We can email and/or text your employee up to 3 times to remind them to ship the computer. Optional but recommended.
- Tracking updates for you. We email you when your employee ships the computer, and when it is delivered to your company. You can also add an extra company email if someone else at your company also wants tracking updates.
- Support. We provide world-class support.
