You'll get an automatic discount of $10 per order if you have placed at least $5,000 worth of orders in the previous 365 days. Available in Enterprise & Custom plans only.

How are these discounts applied?

As soon as your organization reaches $5,000 worth of orders in the previous 365 days, ReReady will begin automatically applying your $10 discount on each of your Enterprise orders.

Any volume discount will be applied before you pay. You will see it in the payment breakdown on the "Confirm & pay" page.

The discount is applied regardless whether you order through our app, our REST API, or via bulk order.

How is order worth calculated?

We calculate your total order worth in the friendliest possible way. First, we count all your orders in the previous 365 days, including those on Basic plan. Second, we use their pre-discount totals toward the $5,000 threshold, so you get full credit for the value of an order even if you paid less.

Obviously refunded orders do not count toward your total order worth.

What happens with sub-accounts?

If you're using sub-accounts, it's even easier to become eligible for a volume discount.

Parent accounts are eligible based on the combined volume of their own account and all their sub-accounts. If the combined volume is at least $5,000 of orders in the previous 365 days, the parent account is is eligible.

Sub-accounts are eligible based on their parent account. If the parent account is eligible for volume discounts, then so is the sub-account.

What are some example scenarios?

• An organization placed orders worth over $5,000 30 days ago. Each of their orders for at least the next 335 days will have the $10 volume discount applied, and these discounted orders will count toward their running total order volume at full value.
• An organization places over $100 of orders every 7 days. It will remain eligible for volume discounts on an ongoing basis.
• An organization has 10 sub-accounts that each order an average of $50 per month. It will remain eligible for volume discounts on an ongoing basis.

How much does an order cost?

Order prices are based on the locations of the employee and the organization, and what options you enable (like signature requirement, pickup scheduling, etc.). Please see our pricing page for full details.
